CANCELLATION POLICY

There are no cancellations for current month/term and no refunds on subscription products after the first 30 days of the initial subscription.

Cancellations shall only apply to the following billing cycle after the term the subscriber is currently subscribed to. To cancel simply send an email to support @ 401kgenerator.com or call us at 1-7877-294-4325. You will receive an email verifying that we have received and processed your cancellation, this email shall be your sole means of proof of cancellation. If you do not receive this email within 1 business day of notifying us of your intent to cancel you must call us or email us immediately as if we have not sent you the email that means we have not received the cancellation notice from you. If you do not renew your subscription and decide to reinstate it then you may be subject to a rate increase depending on what the current rate being charged for the subscription is.

All American Wealth Investing Institute LLC & Investing Institute Sites’ products are non -returnable and non-refundable (except for within the first 30 days of the initial signup). If cancellation and refund request is made within 30 days of the initial signup then you may receive a refund, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product In the event a DVD or CD is defective and/or cracked during shipping, you can contact customer service at 1-877-294-4325. We will ship you the exact DVD/CD the same day if the request came before 2:00 pm EST. Along with the new DVD or CD, we will also send a return to sender envelope with pre-paid postage, which you can use to send us back the damaged DVD or CD. If the damaged DVD or CD is not returned within 14 business days, American Wealth Investing Institute LLC & Investing Institute Sites will charge you the full amount for the new DVD or CD in addition to the original that you have already paid.

Reseller Program & Mutual Fund Analyzer License Policy

The 401k Analyzer Services are 12 month subscriptions depending on your level of service there may be a monthly payment option.

The 12 month payment plan is considered a financing payment plan of which all 12 months are to be paid in full. Early cancellation does not alleviate the 12 month contract.

The subscription shall be on automatic renewal for a 12 month subscription each year unless notified of cancellation at least 7 days prior to the last day of the subscription period for the year.

Cancellation of service on the monthly payment plan does not alleviate the requirement of the 12 months to be paid in full. It simply cancels the renewal of the following years subscription period.

This right is limited to the # of subscription resell licenses for the number of subscriptions you purchased. You payment to us is for the right to resell the service. You are responsible for collecting all payment from your customers via your own payment gateway we do not collect payments for you.

You may not share your user account login or password unless they are a direct employee of your company as evidenced by payroll statements. They must be located in the same office where you work. Accessing the site from multiple IP addresses in different cities on the same day is not allowed unless traveling and as such should be limited in nature to show a pattern of travel.(For instance not Austin then 2 hours later Miami then 1 hour later Austin would not be representative of travel related multiple IP logins)

Payment Policy: As consideration for the services we provide to you, you agree to pay EDUCATORS the applicable fees and other costs set forth at the time you purchase from EDUCATORS . Specials and limited time offers have different fees and costs and may have other terms and conditions. Prior to your purchase of a service, we may change fees and costs, at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you. All fees and costs are due at the time you purchase. You agree to pay all value added, sales and other taxes. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, except for within the first 30 days of the initial signup: In the event of a charge back by a credit card company (or similar action by another payment provider allowed by us) or other non-payment by you in connection with your payment of the applicable service or renewal fee, you agree that the product for which such fee has not been paid may be suspended, canceled or terminated, in EDUCATORS ’ sole discretion, and you remain responsible for the full payment of the fee and any additional amounts owed by you. EDUCATORS accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We also accept debit cards, personal checks, money orders and cashier’s checks. EDUCATORS requires the credit, debit, or check card security code for your card for any telephone, on-location or online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three or four digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the back of your card, on the signature panel.
Termination: Each of us can terminate our relationship with the other by discontinuing business with the other. For example, we may discontinue your access to EDUCATORS ’ service in the event you are violating the Terms of Use. However, our rights and remedies under these Terms of Use, including our intellectual property rights, indemnification and limitation of liability, and any other agreement will continue to apply and survive the termination of the relationship.
